Our Newsletters source lets you receive emails in your daily Mailbrew digest by subscribing to them with a custom Mailbrew email address.
You can also forward your existing email subscriptions to Mailbrew. Read on to find out how.
Forward newsletters from Gmail
Instead of re-subscribing to your favorite newsletters with your custom Mailbrew address, you might prefer to automatically forward them from Gmail to Mailbrew, and auto-archive them on Gmail.
This method will free up your Gmail inbox quickly and move newsletters to Mailbrew.
1. Add your Mailbrew address as a forward address in Gmail
Visit the Forwarding Settings page inside Gmail, and click on the Add a forwarding address button, and paste your custom Mailbrew address (you can find it here).
3. Confirm the forward
Now go to your Mailbrew Inbox page, and look for a confirmation email from Gmail. There, you'll find a confirmation code. Copy it.
Go back to Gmail and paste the confirmation code here:
You're now ready to forward newsletters to Mailbrew.
4. Start forwarding newsletters
Now open the latest message of any newsletter you'd like to move to Mailbrew, and click on this option. This lets you filter all messages from that sender:
In the next screen, feel free to add other addresses to forward emails from other senders, but don't worry, you can create as many filters as you want later:
When you're done, click Create filter:
In the final screen, select these options to start forwarding:
Don't click "Also apply filter to ... matching conversations" since it would just flood Mailbrew with old emails.
4. That's it!
You're now forwarding those newsletters to Mailbrew, and they won't clutter your Gmail account anymore.
Repeat this process as many times as you want to forward additional subscriptions.
